Lucky #7 Individual Time Trial
Location: Head of Jeddore Park, 9220 Highway 7, NS
Date and time : Saturday, August 23rd, 2025 9:30-12:30
Sign-in: 9:30am, first riders off at 10:30am
Course Description:
Lucky #7 TT is a 23km out-and-back style Individual Time Trial. Racers will start and finish at 111 West Jeddore Rd, with the turn-around point being located at the end of West Jeddore Rd (where it meets Moser Head Rd). A pylon and volunteer/Marshall will be located at the turn around, riders must keep the cone to their left - go around the outside of the cone.

PLEASE READ : In the hopes of encouraging participation and competition, this event will be split into TWO SECTIONS :
SECTION 1 (TT BIKES) : For those wishing to use TT bikes/equipment (e.g. disc or tri-spoke wheels, TT bar extensions). Your equipment must still be UCI-compliant . For those looking for an added challenge, road bikes (either standard road set-up or with TT-specific equipment (clip-on aero bars/disc wheels/etc.) will be permitted in this category.
SECTION 2 (ROAD BIKES) : For anyone looking to compete in a “Merckx-style” TT event. This section is restricted to ROAD BIKES ONLY (disc/tri-spoke wheels, aero bar extensions, etc., are not permitted in this category)

Additional Notes:
NO PARKING ON THE COURSE: There is plenty of parking available at Race HQ, please take advantage of it.
NO RIDING ON COURSE AFTER 10H20: In order to ensure everyone has a fair race that isn't impacted by other riders warming up on the race course, please ensure you are not on the race course after the posted time. Riders on course after this point will be given a +2min time penalty
RACE HARD AND HAVE FUN: These are obligatory.
If you do not have a Cycling NS Race License or UCI License, you will need to purchase a One Event Membership ($15) for insurance purposes. We strongly suggest that you head over to www.cyclingns.ca under memberships to purchase a race license. Not only will you be able to race all races in NS, there are also member benefits and discounts available and you will be supporting the growth of cycling in NS.
