Welcome to the Golden Nordic Ski Club Registration for 2025-2026!

Early season rates are in effect until October 31, 2025 at 11:59 pm.

Thanks for joining the Golden Nordic Ski Club, a registered non-profit organization.

Your membership gives you unlimited access to cross-country skiing and snowshoeing at Dawn Mountain and cross-country skiing at the Golden golf course ski trails for the season. The fees support our club's maintenance of the trails, grooming, facilities, programs, events, and general operations.

Additional fees - In addition to your club membership, required fees to Nordiq Canada ($12) and Cross Country BC ($9) cover mandatory insurance. The online Zone4 registration platform, based in Canmore, also charges a user fee.

Mandatory fields - Nordiq Canada adds a number of mandatory fields to this registration form. All data fields with a red asterisk (*) are required fields and must be filled in to proceed to next page.

Payment - You need a credit card to pay upon checkout. If you prefer in-person registration, please check our website for dates and locations.

Membership Cards - Upon completion of your membership, you will receive your membership card via email. Please print this off (or save on your phone) so that, if asked by the Chalet staff, you can show them your proof of membership.

Newsletter & e-Blast Permission - By joining the club as a member, you automatically consent to receive the club's newsletter and e-blasts. These will be emailed a few times per month to keep you up-to-date with club and trails related news. If you want to unsubscribe or if you prefer we don't enter your email for this purpose, please email us at info@goldennordicclub.ca.

Individual Membership - for one person only. Please do not add another person to your registration form.

Family Membership - Pease press the "add person" button at the bottom of each form to add each family member. Then proceed to the check out. Family membership consists of 2 adults and all children (0 - 18 years old) that live in the same household. All family members must be listed to be covered by insurance.

Youth Membership (6-18) and Child Membership (0-5) - If only a child in your family joins our club, please select this option . All participants in CCBC registered programs must be members.

Special Olympics Membership - This option is for Special Olympics athletes.

Volunteer Membership - The GNSC recognizes its volunteers through discounted membership fees. If you volunteered over 10 hours between July 1st, 2024 and June 30, 2025, you qualify for this season's membership discount (10+ hours = $20, 20+ hours = $40). Qualifying volunteers will receive an email with their discount code. They can use this code for either individual or family membership registration. Any questions or volunteer hour submissions, please contact volunteers@goldennordicclub.ca. Please note that all volunteer work for the club needs prior club approval.

Youth Programs Registration opens October 8th at 8 am.

• If you obtained a family membership before this date, select the option: " I am already a current member for this season and just signing up for a program" . Use the exact spelling for your child(ren)'s first and last name(s) as you did when you purchased your membership to avoid paying twice for CCBC/NC membership.
• If you have not purchased a family membership and if your child is a youth program participant, they must become a member of our club for a nominal fee. This means that these registered children and youth can ski at the Dawn Mountain Nordic Centre and the Golden golf course ski trails outside of program times without having to pay for trail fees.

Biathlon Programs Registration opens October 8th at 8 am.

• Biathlon Bears (8 - 12 years old) Wed. 4- 5:30 pm/Sat. 10 - 11:30 am
• Biathlon Youth and Adults (13+) Sat. 10 - 11:30 am
• Biathlon Adults (18+) Sun. 10 - 11:30 am
• $60 for 4-week sessions plus Biathlon BC/Biathlon Canada membership.

Adult Programs will not be coordinated through Zone4. Please check our website for more info on adult program registration.
