Youth Fun Day

Join us at Baddeck Nordic where children and youth will enjoy an afternoon of fun learning about cross country skiing and enjoying winter. Skilled instructors will be on hand to teach kids using skills games and fun activities.

Skis and boots can be borrowed at the Baddeck library, all that is required is a membership (free). The library is open from Tuesday to Sunday. Gear can be rented for up to a week, please make sure to go there early to be able to get the right size.

Dress warmly and bring water. Each child needs to be accompanied by a responsible adult.

For kids aged 4-12 years. Parents/Guardians are welcome to bring their own gear to help the younger kids.

Maximum Registration is 20

$10 for one child; $20 for family with 2 or 3 children

Free for Baddeck Nordic Members

Refunds will be offered on a case-by-case basis. For example your child is sick, or you are unable to borrow ski gear, or if the event is cancelled due to weather
