NEW ! - NorAm Eligibility rule for Midgets : must hold a CCC Annual  Licence  or  CCC Day Licences at Canadian Eastern Championships. (See race notice)

The use of Google Chrome or Internet Explorer most recent or equivalent browser is recommended for a streamlined registration. Report any difficulty to the Registrar.

To make corrections, use "edit" link , do not use browser back button or you may lose information or double your registration.

After consulting the race notice, address any registration question to the registrar at cec.registrar@gmail.com before completing the registration. Please report any errors to the registrar with Cart # or receipt # reference, as soon as possible.

• Racers must settle any outstanding fees BEFORE being issued a bib.
• Late registrants may be accepted and will be charged $50 more per race. All late registrations will require Jury approval at Team Captains meetings beforehand without any right of appeal.

Après avoir consulté l'avis de course, pour toute question relative à l'inscription, communiquez avec le registraire à cec.registrar@gmail.com avant de compléter votre inscription. Signalez toute erreur au registraire aussitôt que possible en donnant votre # de panier (cart) ou de reçu en référence.

• Tout montant en souffrance doit être réglé AVANT de réclamer votre dossard.
• Des inscriptions tardives pourraient être acceptées avec surcharge de 50$  par épreuve, sur approbation du Jury avant à la réunion des entraîneurs, et ce, sans droit d'appel .

REDEVANCES OBLIGATOIRES pour les athlètes de l'Ontario : Tous les skieurs affiliés à Cross-Country Ontario  doivent payer les redevances additionnelles de la Coupe Ontario. (voir avis de course)

REFUNDS may be made at the sole discretion of the Organizing Committee. In case of event cancellation, refunds may be made considering incurred expenses and CCC technical Package directives.

NOTE THAT NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE FOR ANY DAY LICENSES (CCC or SFQ) OR FOR FEES (CCO or SFQ) NOT REQUIRED BUT PURCHASED BY MISTAKE.

REMBOURSEMENTS seront accordés à la seule discrétion du Comité organisateur.  En cas d'annulation des épreuves, des remboursements pourront être accordés considérant les frais encourus et les directives du cahier de charge de SFC.

NOTEZ QU'AUCUN REMBOURSEMENT NE SERA ACCORDÉ POUR TOUTE LICENCE D'UN JOUR (SFC ou SFQ) OU TOUTE REDEVANCE (CCO ou SFQ) NON EXIGIBLE ET ACHETÉE PAR ERREUR.
