Alberta Development Team Camp 1 Edith Cavell, Jasper

This camp will start at 1PM on Wednesday, August 3, and will finish at noon on Friday, August 5. There is no cost to the ADT athletes for this camp.

PM – Easy jog and strength session

Thursday, August 4

AM –  Long Hike, location TBA

PM – Afternoon volume session

Friday, August 5

AM – Multi sport volume workout
