The Velocity and Air Training Session is offered to registered ski club members and is intended as a training opportunity to experience speed training (Velocity) on the Olympic ski jump landing hill and 20 and 40 meter training jumps (Air).
Participants must be competent intermediate or better skiers. A competency evaluation will be made by each clubs coach as the participant progresses to larger jumps and moves higher up the landing hill for velocity training.
