High School Cross Country Ski Coaching Clinic

On Snow - Friday December 9

Hardwood Ski and Bike is hosting a one-day clinic for high school  cross country ski coaches. The purpose of the clinics is to provide a forum for high school coaches to share information about running high school cross country ski teams and to learn about and practice training exercises and on snow technique with a professional coach.

The clinic will be lead and facilitated by former Canadian national ski team coach Jack Sasseville and will feature interactive presentations of on snow exercises.

The clinic will go from 9 am to 3:30 pm.

Skate rental packages are also available for $25 plus tax for skiers if required.
