Community Coaching workshops are oriented toward the “Active Start” and “ F UN damentals” stage of the Long Term Athlete Development model. These worskhops are mandatory for everyone coaching or assisting their club's Bunnyrabbit, Jackrabbit or Track Attac k program. Community Coaches are in high demand by all "Jackrabbit" clubs!
There are two workshop is the C ommunity Coach context:

Intro to Community Coaching (ICC) - 10 hours, classroom only.

Community Coaching (CC) - 16 hours, classroom & skiing sessions.
The course fee is heavily subsidized by Coaching Manitoba in an effort to increase the population of qualified cross-country ski coaches while keeping the cost of coaching development affordable for our members.
