Dear registered participants,

Thank-you so much for supporting our event!  We are so excited to host our first Family Fun Run.  We have a small but mighty number of participants and we promise to host a wonderful event to help celebrate the beautiful QVN trails, family and being active!  Here is what you need to know:

Race Package pick up-

• Saturday June 24 from 11:00- 1:00 at the QVN Club House.  We have some awesome t-shirts and give a-ways for you!!
• Sunday June 25 prior to race 8:00-8:30 .

Race begins at 9:00 AM

Pre-race information

• There is a porta-potty located at the QVN club house parking lot.
• There is ample parking.  Refer to the attached map for more information.  QVN is located just south of the community recycling station (dump).  You will see the big sign for QVN.  Follow the trail dirt road.  Keep to the right and look for the big red flag.
• We will have race marshals throughout the course as well as a biking race marshal to ensure your safety.
• A first responder will be on site throughout the race.
• Water will be available to refill water bottles.   Please bring a water bottle.
• Please see the attached race map for the 10 km an 5 km race course

Post Race-

• Whoo hoo!  Here is where we do the happy dance!  Cue music….
• We will have post-race fuel for you! Muffins, fruit, water and cookies!
• Just wait until you see your race medal for finishingJ
• Stick around for prizes and find out more about QVN and becoming a biathaloner.
