SFNSC Summer Dryland 2017

​For cross country skiers aged 10 (YOB 2007) and up .

• Mondays and Thursdays from 7:00 - 8:30PM
• Coaches Greg Prodan, Ian Sinclair and Anna Reich
• Mondays - dryland training at Clergue Park (until the bugs calm down at Hiawatha) then it will move to Hiawatha
• Thursdays - hiking, biking, games, a few time trials, ski walking/striding, some fitness testing, roller skiing (provided by the club)
• Emphasis on FUN
• Includes t-shirt* and snacks
• Wear running shoes and bring water bottle
• Fee options:  June/July/Aug  $100, or June/July  $75,  July/Aug   $75
