Entry fee:

Pre-registration $25 Adult, $20 under 18. Please note that there will be NO RACE DAY REGISTRATION.

A valid BNS race license must be shown at sign-in. One jersey number is required for the TT. (low and center on the back). Save these numbers as you can reuse them for the 2017 season

Registration and Sign-in Schedule:

Preregistration available until 5pm, Saturday, June 10th.

8:30 - 9:30 - Rider sign in and number pickup (if you don't have with you). ALL racers must sign in in order to race


Race schedule:

The start list/order will be posted at Parkview and at the start location at approximately 9:30. We will do our best to put you in a logical start position based on your ability and race category (as determined from the results from last year's Prov ITT).


The first rider will roll off at 10:00 and riders will be sent out at 1 min intervals.  This year we will start categories in the following order:

U13 (12.5 km point-to-point course)

U15 (12.5 km point-to-point course)

U17 (25 km out-and-back course)

U19 Female + CG athletes (25 km out-and-back course)

U19 Male + CG athletes (25 km out-and-back course)

Cat D (25 km out-and-back course)

Cat Female C (25 km out-and-back course)

Cat C (25 km out-and-back course)

Cat Female B (25 km out-and-back course)

Cat B (40 km out-and-back course)

Cat Female A (40 km out-and-back course)

Cat A (40 km out-and-back course)

Participants will not be permitted to warm up on the course.  Trainer or roller warm-ups can occur in the parking lot at Park View or on the shoulder on Gail Avenue close to the start/finish line.
