Drumming Circles
Two times available:
6 - 6:45 p.m. - Families
7 - 8 p.m. - (16+)
Please arrive 10 min. before the start time.
Location: Civic Centre Plaza
Join us for a night of fun and primal beats. Everyone can drum and create a wild rhythm while reaping the benefits of drumming too! Drumming accelerates physical healing, boosts the immune system, reduces tension, anxiety and stress. Nice.
Families: youngest recommended age for this drumming circle is 5 years old. You will drum together as a family.
It's cold outside. Dress for the weather please.
