2017-2018 Biathlon Series Registration

This year there are 3 Biathlon Series events scheduled:

• New Year's Biathlon Bash - December 30, 2017
• Family Day Relay - February 12, 2018
• St. Patrick's Day Sprint - March 17, 2018

Our Biathlon Series events feature competitive and recreational categories. For details about the Biathlon Series and each of the events this winter visit the Whistler Biathlon Society website .

Recreational Categories

The recreational categories are open to anyone ages 9 and older. No prior skiing or biathlon experience is required. Biathlon rifles and ammunition will be provided and there will be a rifle safety orientation and chance to practice shooting at the start of the event. Participants must provide their own trail pass as well as ski equipment.

Competitive Categories

The competitive categories are for athletes ages 13 and older (Junior Boys/Girls category) who are participating in a biathlon training program. Athletes must provide their own trail pass, biathlon equipment and ammunition, and must have a coach who will certify their readiness to compete safety at the event.
