The 2018 Haywood Ski Nationals organizing committee is committed to providing the best possible experience for all teams making the trip to Thunder Bay.

Each Club, Team and Training Centre should provide the information requested in this registration.

WAX CABIN INFORMATION

Registration includes a heated wax room with an appropriate amount of space for each team. At this time we are requesting some important information, to assist us in allocating wax room space, and ensuring that we are prepared for any additional equipment that may be arriving at the race site.

FLIGHT and EQUIPMENT INFORMATION

The Event Organizing Committee of the 2018 Ski Nationals is working closely with the Thunder Bay International Airports Authority in an attempt to make travel through the Thunder Bay Airport as smooth as possible before and after the event.

With the sheer number of athletes, support crew and gear potentially arriving and departing at similar times, and the fact that the airlines are now generally flying smaller planes to Thunder Bay, the Airport Authority would like to inform and work with the airlines to reduce the potential for things like delayed baggage.
