- Take Exit 29 (Barrington) on Highway 103.
- Follow Highway 3 for 9.3 km to Highway 330 in Barrington Passage.
- Follow Highway 330 for 13.5 km, crossing the causeway, to Clark's Harbour.
- Take first right past the town hall / visitor information centre at Kenny Street.
- Legion Hall is on the right.
REGISTRATION:
Online registration only! There will be no registration on site. A valid BNS/UCI race license must be shown at sign-in.
Youth (18 and younger): $20
Adult (19 and older): $35
One Event Membership (for non-licensed racers): $25 U15 and older, $5 for U13
Two jersey numbers are required and will be placed on the left shoulder and lower left back. Numbers can be picked up on race day if you haven't raced this year.
SCHEDULE:
09:30 Sign in; pick up timing chips
11:00 Race groups will depart a minute apart
12:30 Post-race buffet opens
14:00 (approx) Podium presentation
Just as at other races this year, there will not be any prizes given during the podium presentation. Full BNS points will be earned for all participants who complete the event. A buffet of food will be served for everyone after the race.

The loop measures 16.2 km and the direction is clockwise. Start and finish will be located in front of the town hall on Main Street. There is only one right-hand corner on the course, roughly at the half-way point. The feed zone will be located a short distance past the finish line.
U13/U15/U17: 2 laps for 32 km
U19F/CF/D: 3 laps for 49 km
BF/C: 4 laps for 65 km
AF/U19M/B: 5 laps for 81 km
A: 6 laps for 97 km
