Welcome to the FAST Alpine Ski Team Registration 2011-12

Thank you for registering with the FAST Alpine Ski team by Calgary Alpine (FAST).  Payment for all FAST programs is to be paid in full by December 1, 2011.  Please follow the simple steps below and you will be registered in no time!

1. Enter parent(s) information.

2. Read all the waivers and policies carefully, please check the boxes to state you have understood.

3. Input you child(ren)s information, please ensure that the information is acurate (especially the date of birth).  Select the appropriate program and race account (information regarding the programs can be found on the club's website).

4. Complete payment by following the guidlines on the last page.

Please note: For insurance purposes it is mandatory that all parents and racers register in order to be covered.

Payment Options:

FAST members have the option of paying for their program fees in a full sum or in accordance to the payment plan detailed below and on the payment page.

COMPLETE THE ONLINE REGISTRATION AND PAY ALL FEES IN FULL BY AUGUST 1, 2011 AND BE ENTERED TO WIN A $500 CASH REBATE FROM CALGARY ALPINE!!!!

All program fees need to be paid in full by December 1, 2011.

JBT, please submit your payment in full by December 1, 2011.

K1 (ages 11-12) only:
You have two options.  Option one is to pay the total on one cheque.  The second option is to split your total bill into 4 equal payments and send post dated cheques as follows:
September 1, 2011
October 1, 2011
November 1, 2011
December 1, 2011.
