- Après le 26 janvier, le jury se réserve le droit de refuser une inscription. Des frais supplémentaires pouvant aller jusqu’à 50% du prix régulier de l’inscription pourront être chargés par le comité organisateur.

After January 26, the jury reserves the right to refuse any new registrations. An additional fee of up to 50% of the regular registration fee may be charged by the organizing committee.
REFUNDS:

Any refunds will be made at the sole discretion of the organizing committee. In the event of event cancellation, refunds may be granted in consideration of the costs incurred and the guidelines set out in the Nordiq Canada Technical Package.
- NO REFUND WILL BE GRANTED FOR DAILY LICENSES (Nordiq Canada or Ski de fond Quebec) OR FOR RACE FEES (Ski de fond Quebec) THAT ARE NOT REQUIRED AND THAT ARE PURCHASED IN ERROR.
REMBOURSEMENTS :

Les remboursements seront accordés à la seule discrétion du Comité organisateur. En cas d'annulation des épreuves, des remboursements pourront être accordés considérant les frais encourus et les directives du cahier de charge de Nordiq Canada.
