Welcome to the Golden Nordic Ski Club Registration for 2019 - 2020

The Golden Nordic Ski Club (GNSC) aims to offer our members with world-class ski trails that create a sense of awe through excellent grooming, wonderful views, and trails for all levels of experience. We are a registered non-profit organization with a purpose to develop and promote cross-country skiing in the Golden area by making it affordable, family oriented, inclusive, educational and a world class nordic skiing experience. Registration for youth and adult programs will begin on November 1.

Early season membership rates will end at midnight on November 30, 2019.

Individual Membership - if you select an individual membership option, DO NOT add another person to your registration, unless they are a youth/child registered in the youth programs. If you are two individuals registering together, please select a family registration as it will be the same rate. If you prefer to do individual registrations, you'll have to pay for one and then do the entire process again and pay for the second one.

Family Membership - if you have selected family membership please press the "add person" button at the bottom of each form until all family members are added. Then proceed to the check out. Family members includes 2 adults and children - children must be under 19 years of age and live in the same household. All family members must be listed to be covered by insurance.

Youth Programs - Your child's club membership fee is covered in the program fee. Select the "youth/adult program" option and simply continue to the next page by clicking "add person." An adult membership is still required for parents who wish to use the trails. Registration for youth and adult programs will begin on November 1.

Adult programs - Club membership is not included in the adult programs so you must purchase a club membership or pay the day use fees if you wish to register for any of the adult programs. The ladies program covers the day use fees for the program days, so membership is not required; however, if you are registered in that program and plan to ski any day outside of the program days you'll need a club membership OR to pay the day use fees for the days you're skiing. Registration for youth and adult programs will begin on November 1.

CCBC Insurance - Club fees do not include the CCBC insurance amount (per person of $19). This will be automatically added to your registration at checkout. If you have already registered for membership or a program, the fees will NOT be added a second time.

Cross Country Canada has added a number of mandatory fields to the registration form. Please be patient.

Payment Options

Proceed to checkout and choose payment by credit card, etransfer or cheque. If payment is not received within 5 business days, your membership and program registration will be deleted.

• If you are paying by cheque , please mail payment to Box 1991, Golden, BC V0A1H0 or drop it off at Higher Ground. Please note your name and confirmation number on the envelope.

• If you are paying by etransfer , send payments to registration@goldennordicclub.ca Please note your name and confirmation number in the message.

Volunteer Membership - The Golden Nordic Ski Club recognizes its volunteers through discounted season pass fees for the following season. Thus, if you volunteered more than 10 hours between November 15, 2018 and November 15, 2019, you are rewarded with these fee deductions. THESE VOLUNTEER HOURS WILL BE CHECKED BY OUR BOARD OF DIRECTORS FOR ACCURACY.
