Welcome to Temiskaming Nordic Ski Club's Online Registration System This registration system has been designed on behalf of the cross country ski clubs that are part of the national sport governing body, Nordiq Canada (formerly Cross Country Canada https://nordiqcanada.ca/ ), which provides our club's liability insurance.

Please be sure to read and fill in all fields carefully. Choose a membership type on this page, then proceed to fill in the individual member information and all other program registration forms on the following page. Please note that season passes are NON-TRANSFERABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE. Moving your mouse over any blue question mark will provide you with further information along the way.

Online payment only (There's no cash or cheque option. They added complexity and work to our volunteer's registration and financial verification / accounting tasks. Thank you for your understanding and support.)

The total cost is shown on the screen before you complete this online registration process. An online payment fee is applicable for online payment using VISA/MasterCard, and there's a $1.50/person fee charged by the firm, Zone4, which develops and maintains this registration system.

For example, on a $200 membership registration for 2 adults (at the non-early-bird rate of $100 each), collecting credit card payments using the Zone4 merchant account, processing fees would be calculated as:

$200 x 3% = $6 (Credit Card Merchant Fee)

Per transaction fee = $1 (Credit Card Merchant Fee)

$1.50 Per person fee x 2 = $3 (Zone4 Fee)

Total Processing fee $10

After completing your online registration, you will receive an email with a link to print out a Nordiq/ Cross-Country Canada / Temiskaming Nordic Ski Club wallet-sized membership card. Please NOTE, however, we are NOT using these as membership cards. The club has a different supply of membership tags. You will be able to pick yours up at the chalet.

Choose your membership type and if it's a membership for more than one person, then proceed to fill in the individual member form for each member of your family.

Early registration rates are in effect until November 30. (Regular fees after that date are approximately 10-13% higher)

We are showing separately the "TNSC Fee" - the amount the club retains from selling memberships. In addition, all members pay separate Cross Country Canada (CCC), Cross Country Ontario (CCO), and Northern Ontario Division (NOD) fees totaling $19.00 per member.  (You will see this on the next screen as you register each member) Prior to 2016-17 memberships, these fees had been included in the "TNSC Fee".

Family Membership = 3 (or more) people -- adults of the same household and their dependent children under the age of 21 yrs (as of Dec 31st of the current registration year)
