Instructions:

ONLINE REGISTRATION BY CREDIT CARD ONLY

1. Please read and respond to the Club Waiver at the bottom of this page.

2. Then select "Continue" at the bottom of the Waiver and select "Add Person" to proceed to the next step to fill in an individual membership form for each person in your family you wish to register.

3. Continue to click "Add Person" until all members are entered. All Club members must be registered for insurance purposes.

4. Place your cursor over the '?' icon for more information about each entry.

5. You must enter the required data in 'mandatory' fields which are marked with a small red asterisk * .

6. Proceed to checkout . Name on waiver MUST EXACTLY MATCH name on credit card.

Notes:

· Membership provides full season access to the ski trails. It is also required for registration in any of the Youth Programs (Bunnyrabbits, Jackrabbits, Para-Nordic, Junior Development and Junior Racer).

· Membership fees include mandatory $12.00 Cross Country Canada and Insurance Fees.

· Each person you add will remain in the Zone4 database as a QuickList entry for easy future registration and updates to your membership information (address, email, etc.)

· Members’ buttons, parking passes and complimentary day passes can be picked up at the chalet at our Open House, or on the first day you ski.

· Association Fees go to support Cross Country Canada, Cross Country Ontario, and Northern Ontario District.
