Welcome to the Waterloo Region Nordic Sports Club Registration

Please read the registration instructions carefully and double-check that all fields are correct and complete before submitting. After payment, any subsequent changes can only be made by a club administrator.

Refund policy: Club membership fees are not refundable. Program fees are not refundable with two exceptions :

1. If a request is received by email prior to one week before the start of the program, 70% of the program fee will be refunded. The 30% accounts for fixed administration costs.

2. Under extraordinary conditions such as a severe lack of snow that prevents more than 50% of a program from being run, a member may apply for a refund of the program fees. The Board will decide on the approval of any refund or partial refund on a case-by-case basis.

Membership registration: There are three steps to complete your membership registration.

Step 1. Selecting the type of membership (Family or Individual) and adding these memberships to your Zone 4 cart.

Step 2. Registering each member within the cart by filling in the pertinent information. At this stage there will be Programs, as well as ski equipment rentals (available to children and youth skiers only), to choose when entering individual member information.

Step 3. After registration has been completed, proceed to the Checkout, where a total amount owing will be calculated. Payment is by credit card only.

If you are registering 4 family members or more , click on the "Family Membership" choice to receive a $20 discount on the total cost of programs selected. Then continue through the registration process to register each family member.
