We are excited to offer a special format to continue the Summer Epic 8 Hour - July 8 to 12 , 2021 as a solo or team challenge.

The solo or team challenge is to ride as many laps as possible, on a dedicated 10km fun, fast and flowy course at Hardwood in 8 hour time window. Riders must register their chosen day, with a limit of 100 riders/day.

We are counting on YOU - the riders - to follow the rules and guidelines to make this possible. The health and safety of our community is most important. All riders and support must follow regional COVID19 protocols, maintain physical distance at all times on course and at venue, and avoid congregating.

Enter by June 27th to get Team name on Customized Number Plate!

Registration closes July 9 at noon.

Each rider must enter individually, either as Solo or part of a Team.

This is critical to ensure waivers are completed properly.

Try to keep Team Name consistent for tracking purposes.

Team Captain is responsible to ensure COVID19 guidelines and regulations are followed, as well as waiver requirements if entering multiple riders.

Refund Policy for 2021 Summer Epic 8 Hour

If the Challenge can not run for any reason, we will fully refund fees less a small admin fee to cover online and credit processing fees. If a rider needs to cancel they will have option to change day (if available spots are open). A rider may receive 50% refund if cancelling more than 2 weeks prior to their challenge day, but no refund within two weeks. T-shirts pre-ordered will be available for pick-up after July 11.
