Waiver: Upon registering, I agree to release and indemnify the Viking Ski Club, and/or any of their servants, agents, sponsors, volunteers or employees from any claims which might be made against the Viking Ski Club arising out of or in consequence of the named participant(s). In the event of injury or any other emergency during the event, I hereby authorize the staff (organizers, coaches and volunteers) to act on my behalf for the health and safety of myself and my child (children). I accept responsibility for all such action taken on behalf of me and my child (children), including financial responsibility in excess of benefits, provided for me or my child (children) in any medical plan.
