For insurance purposes, membership is mandatory for anyone wishing to participate in any VICO event. This event registration includes an application for membership in VICO.

This registration form can be used to register more than one member of the same family (living at the same address) without having to do a separate registration for each.

If you live at a different address than the one that will be filled out below , please complete a separate registration form.
