Juventus is committed to adhering to all AHS Covid guidelines as they evolve.

Currently Juventus also adheres to its own Covid 19 Vaccination Policy, indicated at the end of this registration.

** Please note that Sprockids must be between 8 and 11 years as at

December 31, 2022. Do not register a child younger than 8 years.**
