Welcome to the National Capital Region YMCA-YWCA Canoe Camping Club (YCCC) Annual Registration for the 2012 Membership Year (April 2012 to March 2013)

The membership period begins on April 1st and runs to March 31st.  Only individual adult (18 or over) memberships are available.  The price, including tax, per individual membership is $56.50 per year and $28.50 per year for those who hold valid National Capital Region YMCA-YMCA memberships.  If you are a YMCA-YWCA program member, please provide your ``Y`` member identification number for verification.

Club membership will provide access to:

• Club trips, training and social events (during the paddling season & throughout the year).
• Club canoe and camping equipment (This includes rental of flatwater and whitewater canoes (if qualified) as well as touring kayaks).
• Full access to the club website ( www.yccc.ca ) to view the calendar of events, trip reports, safety tips, discussion forums and other member privileged information.

The Club only provides adult memberships but your dependant children (under 18 years, as of January 1st. 2012) who wish to participate with you in Club canoeing activities, suitable for children, may do so.  There are no club membership fees for dependant children.

Please note, that Club policy, with respect to safeguarding personal information, does NOT permit disclosure of your personal information to non-members.  We make available only selected information (name, e-mail address and phone number) to fellow club members, in the interest of facilitating members contacting each other, should, for example, a member need to seek a paddling partner to go on a canoe trip).  This information is posted to the member private area ("members" page) and is only available to current members with a valid usercode/ password.  Under NO circumstances do we  share your information with other clubs or entities (i.e selling the list to magazines, telemarketers, etc).

Please Also Note - The YCCC will continue to operate under the auspices of the YMCA-YWCA until the proposed transition to the Recreational Association (RA) Center is finalized (possibly by the Fall 2012).   Your membership fees for the 2012 season will only be collected once, and will apply to the entire season regardless of our affiliation.  To facilitate the transfer of memberships to the RA , if and when that happens, we will need to provide your basic registration information (e.g. name and e-mail address) to the RA Center at that time.  Should you have any questions about this information transfer, please contact the YCCC Membership Coordinator via e-mail at membership@yccc.ca
