Whole Note is a program that provides restricted-income youth in the Kamloops area with a wide range of musical experiences. The program's goals are to empower youth through music by offering free private lessons, mentorship, admission to the Kamloops Interior Summer School of Music and other music opportunities. Whole Note applications are accepted from students in Grades 6 through 12 and the intake happens in the Fall. Youth who participate in the program are encouraged to share their love of music and the knowledge they gain through the program with others in the community.
