All program participants, users of the range, officials, volunteers including parents and cadets training with WCNC must be members of WCNC AND must also register as members with Biathlon Canada /Biathlon BC for liability coverage. (Membership for WCNC is independent of membership for Biathlon Canada / Biathlon BC.)
