Welcome to the Waterloo Region Nordic Sports Club Registration

Please read the registration instructions carefully and double-check that all fields are correct and complete before submitting. After payment, any subsequent changes must be done via the club administration.

Refund policy: Club membership fees are not refundable. Program fees are not refundable with two exceptions :

1. If a request is received by email prior to one week before the start of the program, 70% of the program fee will be refunded. The 30% accounts for fixed administration costs.

2. Under extraordinary conditions such as a severe lack of snow that prevents more than 50% of a program from being run, a member may apply for a refund of the program fees. The Board will decide on the approval of any refund or partial refund on a case-by-case basis.

Membership registration:

Step 1. A General Membership is required for each individual. Register each member within the cart by filling in the applicable information fields. At this point, there will be ski programs available to choose when entering information for each individual.

You can also indicate if you want to rent club ski equipment ( available to children and youth skiers only ).

Step 2. After all members and their selected programs (if applicable) have been entered, proceed to the Checkout, where a total amount owing will be calculated. Payment is by credit card only.
