Welcome to the Registration for the 2022 Beaver Lake Memory O

For insurance purposes, membership is mandatory for anyone wishing to participate in any VICO event. This event registration includes an application for membership in VICO.

We realize that some of you, particularly families, may want to participate as a group. This could include adults travelling with children, or one or more adults participating together as a group. To keep costs reasonable for groups, we required one adult participant to register as a paid member, while those who accompany them will have no fee applied to them. All participants must still register for membership for insurance purposes.  Please read the section on Entry Information carefully.

This registration form can be used to register more than one member of the same family (living at the same address) without having to do a separate registration for each.
