TRAIL NINJA (Track Attack program)

November 2 - March 11. This includes 1 session of club training each week ( Mondays OR Saturdays - 15 sessions). Fee $240 - ages 9-12

TRAIL NINJA PLUS (Track Attack program)

November 2 - March 11. This includes 2 sessions of club training each week and race support up to 3 races. ( Mondays AND Saturdays 30 sessions). Fee $430 - ages 9 and up

CLUB RACER LEVEL 3

November 2 - March 11. This includes 3 sessions of club training each week and race support ( Mondays, Wednesdays, Saturdays - 46 sessions). Fee $650 - ages 12 and up

RACER LEVEL 4

November 2 - March 11 ( Mondays, Wednesdays, Saturdays - 46 sessions). This includes 3 sessions of club training each week, a personalized training plan and race support PLUS - 3 personalized sessions with Coach Allison during the 4.5 months. Fee $830 - ages 13 and up

AB CUP CHAMPIONS

November 2 - March 11 ( Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays - 46 sessions). This includes 3 sessions of club training each week, a personalized training plan and race support PLUS - 5 personalized sessions with Coach Allison during the 4.5 months. $895 fee. Ages 14 and up (Volume discount - save $55 on this program)

Mondays & Wednesdays 6:00-7:30pm, Saturdays 9:30-11:30

Equipment required: Properly fitting classic and skate ski equipment, club jacket, outdoor clothing suitable for the sport (full list available on website), drink belt, wristwatch, basic kick wax supplies, headlamp. Recommend athletes 14 and up have a training watch.

Note

• some Friday nights will join the Jack Rabbits program for some fun games and role modeling
• there will be no formal team sessions during the Christmas/New Year period Thursday 22nd December - Sunday 8th January
• there will be no formal team sessions during the Family "Week" period Thursday 16th February - Friday 24th February

Classes subject to cancellation due to risky/changing weather conditions at coach discretion. Make up classes will not provided.

An XCBC Club membership is mandatory for anyone participating with XCBC. Memberships valid until June 30, 2023. Please note only individual memberships will be available for purchase

Refund Policy:

• A full refund will be issued if registration in cancelled prior to the registration close date and are subject to a $25 administration fee per registrant
• A full refund will be issued if registration in cancelled prior to 48 hours before the first session of the program and are subject to a $25 administration fee per registrant
• A partial refund on 50% of the program fee will be issued if registration is cancelled within 48 hours of the first session of the program and are subject to a $25 administration fee
• After the commencement of the program all other refunds will be made at the discretion of XCBC and are subject to a $25 administration fee per registrant.
• Please ensure you register for the proper age group and category, any changes may be subject to a $25 admin fee and may result in losing your registration.

Cancellation Policy:

XC Bragg Creek reserves the right to cancel classes due to dangerous or extenuating circumstances. No refunds or make up sessions will be made for cancelled classes. Registrants can only attend sessions on their assigned registration day/s, make up sessions for missed classes are not offered.
