Before registering for your lesson , please fill out the Lesson Request Form and you will be contacted by our coordinator to arrange a date and time.

After you have arranged your lesson date, use this form to register ALL participants in your group. You will repeat the same form for each person. Please read carefully:

1. Enter the first person's information and the number of people in your group.
2. When asked "Is this the first or only person being registered for this lesson? click "YES".
3. Choose the correct payment category (number of people and number of hours) for your lesson.
4. Check the box at the end of the waiver and click 'Continue'.
5. Then click "Add Second Person" (or Third, or Fouth etc) for each additional person in your group. You will be taken to the same form.
6. You still need to say the number of people in the group so type in the same number.
7. **Tricky part* * Click " NO" when asked if this is the first or only person. (If you click YES, you will get charged twice for the lesson!!)
8. Check the waiver and click "Continue" as before.
9. R epeat #5 and 6 until all participants have been added.

Do not proceed to Step 3 until you have added all participants that will be in that lesson.

Waivers must be checked by each participant (or parent/guardian of participant) in the group.

If for some reason you cannot attend at the arranged date, contact the coordinator as soon as possible. We will do our best to rebook your lesson.
