[e]Nordiq Canada's Annual Conference and AGM will be held in Charlottetown, PEI on June 15-17, 2023.

All meetings will take place at the Hotel on Pownal . The schedule is:

• Thursday, pub night at 8:00 (no evening meetings)
• Friday, meetings from 8:00-4:30 and optional group dinner at attendee’s expense
• Saturday, meetings from 8:00-3:00, AGM from 3:00-4:30, Saturday night banquet at 6:30

Meetings will include Board and staff updates, a meeting of the Division Chairs Council, and the AGM itself. The official AGM notice will be distributed in May, and a detailed agenda will be distributed in June. [/e]

[f] La conférence annuelle et l'assemblée générale (AGA) se tiendront du 15 au 17 juin à Charlottetown, à l'Île-du-Prince-Édouard. Toutes les réunions auront lieu à The Hotel on Pownal . Le programme est le suivant :

·       Jeudi, soirée au pub à 20h (aucune réunion en soirée)

·       Vendredi, réunions de 8h à 16h30 et possibilité d'un souper de groupe aux frais des participants

·       Samedi, réunions de 8h à 15h, AGA de 15h à 16h30, banquet samedi soir à 18h30

Les réunions comprendront des mises à jour du conseil d'administration et du personnel, une réunion du conseil des présidents de divisions et l'AGA elle-même. Un avis de convocation officiel sera publié en mai et un ordre du jour détaillé sera distribué en juin.[/f]
