PLEASE READ these Important Notes

1. Register all skiers at the same time for BOTH membership and programs where applicable
2. If you make a mistake, would like to add something, or need assistance email membership@kawarthanordic.ca . Do not register a second time.
3. Prices do not include HST. HST will be added during checkout where applicable.
4. Prices do not include the mandatory divisional, provincial and national membership fees — $23/skier will be added to your cart automatically for these fees

New choice this year: you can elect to pay by credit card or by eTransfer.

1. To pay by eTransfer please select the 'Cheque' option on the Checkout screen and send your eTransfer to treasurer@kawarthanordic.ca (no password is required however please include your Cart number and your name in the message of your eTransfer. The cart number is the 7 digit number in the subject of your confirmation email). Your registration will not be completed until payment is received.
2. If you elect to pay by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) a service fee equal to the fees Kawartha Nordic must pay will be added to your cart.

Our refund policy for memberships and ski program registrations is:

• Divisional, Provincial and National membership fees membership fees are not refundable ($23/skier)
• 50% refund available on remaining Kawartha Nordic membership and program fees before Dec 1 ^st
• 25% refund available on remaining Kawartha Nordic membership and program fees before Dec 31 ^st
• No refunds after Dec 31 ^st

In the event that KNSC must close due to Covid-19 restrictions, refunds will be provided on request pro-rated to the number of days remaining in the season and minus committed expenses.
