Welcome to the Calgary Alpine Snoflyers Kinder Development Registration 2012-13

Thank you for registering with the Calgary Alpine Snoflyers (CASF).  Payment for all CASF programs is to be paid in full by November 1, 2012.  Please follow the simple steps below and you will be registered in no time!

1. Enter parent(s) information.

2. Read all the waivers and policies carefully, please check the boxes to state you have understood.

3. Input you child(ren)s information, please ensure that the information is acurate (especially the date of birth).  Select the appropriate program and race account (information regarding the programs can be found on the club's website).

4. Complete payment by following the guidlines on the last page.

Please note: For insurance purposes it is mandatory that all parents and racers register in order to be covered.

Payment Options:

CASF members have the option of paying for their program fees in a full sum or in accordance to the payment plan detailed below and on the payment page.

COMPLETE THE ONLINE REGISTRATION AND PAY ALL FEES IN FULL BY AUGUST 1, 2011 AND BE ENTERED TO WIN A $500 CASH REBATE FROM CALGARY ALPINE!!!!

PLEASE NOTE: All program fees must to be paid in full by November 1, 2012. Due to the popularity of the program, your child's participation is not guaranteed until payment has been received. Any rejected charges or NSF cheques will result in your athlete being suspended from participation until the payment in question can be processed.

Kinder Development (U10 & U12) :

Option 1: Pay the total on one cheque* or by credit card** upon registration:

$3035 U12

Option 2: Send post dated cheques* as follows:

August 15, 2012: $1035
September 15, 2012: $1000
October 15, 2012: $400 U10 or $1000 U12.

* Please make cheques payable to Calgary Alpine SnoFlyers. ** A Zone4 service charge will be applied to credit card transactions.
