We have a number of volunteering requirements in order to run safe and fair competitions. Please note the following:
- Prior experience is not required , however, if you have special skills please let us know (prior timing experience, first aid etc)
- Come dressed to be outside -- the majority of volunteer opportunities are outside -- races will run unless it is colder than -20!
- Most volunteering (except stadium set up/take down) is required between 11am - 3pm, both days. But there is some flexibility and firm times will be confirmed on Thursday, January 18, 2024
Brief overview of major duties:

- Race office / Bib Management : You will work with the Competition Secretary to hand out bibs in advance of races at the Race Office for each athlete; collect them at the finish line
- Timing: support to ensure accurate results; using technology to record start/lap/finish information.
