This registration is for all 3 members of your OUA Relay Team.

You will not be able to "Check Out" and finalize this registration until all team members are registered.

Once you've registered one team, you will need to create a new registration. Press the "Start Here" at the bottom of the confirmation page.

Please check the confirmation list to ensure your information was entered correctly. Email jasperj@tbaytel.net immediately with any corrections.

The individual responsible for registering team members will need the following for all team members to complete this registration:

1. Name of each team member
2. Date of birth each team member.
3. Email addresses for both team members.
4. You must have the order the athletes will race
