Welcome to the 2024-25 season!

This form is used to sign up for membership as well as Nordic and Biathlon programs.

Important Reminders:

Membership:

In order to participate in club programs, each participant MUST purchase a Qu'Appelle Valley Nordic membership for the 2024-25 season.

• The 'Family' membership can be used to register multiple members of a family (up to 2 parents/guardians and their children under the age of 18) at the same time.
• If you have multiple roles, please select the membership role that reflects the highest cost (to ensure adequate insurance coverage for your role).

Programs:

All participants MUST be a current club member to be registered for programs.

Fall and Winter Biathlon and Nordic XC programs are INCLUDED in this year's MEMBERSHIP form for your convenience.

Biathlon:

Air Rifle and Youth .22 participants

• At least one parent or guardian MUST also purchase a Qu'Appelle Valley Nordic membership for the 2024-25 season and attend programs if their youth does not possess a Firearms Possession Acquisition License for a minor.

Spring and Summer Biathlon programs have a separate registration form on Zone4.ca

Payment:

Online payment is by credit card only. Processing fees (of 3%) are on top of donations, as well as membership, trail pass and program fees. If you volunteered in the past year, please ask about your discount code before registering. Thank you.

We gratefully accept any donations made to the Qu'Appelle Valley Nordic Ski Club. Your donations help maintain our facility and support the growth of our programs and events. If you wish to make a donation toward something not listed below, please specify your wishes.

Membership and trail passes only partially cover the cost of snow making and grooming ski trails. Please consider donating to help us ensure excellent trails during ski season.
