Registration

Please be aware that once you've submitted your registration you cannot go back or make changes, please read the instructions below carefully and check that all fields are correct and complete before submitting. Please contact the registrar if you have any questions.

MEMBERSHIP

PARENT / GUARDIAN REGISTRATION

Please note that at least one parent or guardian of every minor member must also register to be a member. Both parents/guardians, if applicable, are encouraged to register for a club membership. This ensures that ALL family members are covered for insurance and liability purposes when skiing / volunteering during club activities and events. This is a standard requirement for most cross-country ski clubs and for many other sports clubs. Volunteer coaches must also register for a club membership.

UPDATED FEE STRUCTURE / EARLY REGISTRATION

In hopes of attracting more volunteer coaches for our Bunny and Jackrabbit programs SNSC has adopted a new fee structure.

• Sept 24 - 26 *Key volunteer registration
• Oct 1 - Early bird registration
• Nov 1 - Late registration

*Key volunteers are selected based on Coaching duties and volunteer hours from the 2023 season. If you wish to volunteer for the coming season, please see our volunteer policy above. Membership fees are non-refundable. If you have any questions, please contact the Registrar .

REGISTRATION PROCESS

There are 7 steps to complete the registration (1 adult/parent must register as a club member in order to register a child/dependent):

1. Select Membership Type (family/individual etc).
2. Enter 1st person's details and add program(s). If you are registering for a family membership, enter the PARENT first even if you aren't registering for a program.
3. Review the first person's details.
4. Accept the waiver.
5. Complete steps 2, 3 and 4 for additional people.
6. Review all information.
7. Check out.

Please choose your membership type and then proceed to fill in the individual member form for each member of your family.

Family memberships include adults and their dependent children at the same address. Membership fees are non-refundable.

PLEASE NOTE: At least one parent/guardian MUST register with their minor children (under 19 years of age). Parents / guardians do not have to register for a program.

Family membership fees:

• Family 1 (1 adult and 1 child) - $42.00*
• Family 2 (1 or 2 adults/ 1 or more children) - $53.00*

or

Individual membership fees:

• Adult (19 - 64 years) - $26
• Senior (65 years) - $16

*NOTE: additional CCBC ($9.00) & NC ($12.00) fees will apply to EACH REGISTRANT. These fees are non-refundable.

Nordiq Canada (NC) and Cross Country BC (CCBC) provide organizational regulatory management and member insurances, their fees are mandatory and included in the membership fees. NC and CCBC fees are applied at the end of this registration form.
