This is our first time hosting a backyard ultra. Formatting may divert from national races, but we are hoping to turn this into an annual event! The event will be hosted at the Yellowknife Ski Club. Course map to follow.

A course will be created for a total distance of 6.7km that will need to be completed every hour. At the start of the hour, a horn/bell/cowbell/tbd will chime to signal the start of a fresh hour and lap. Those who have not completed their previous 6.7km lap will unfortunately be finished the event.

Even if you finish your lap in 40 minutes, you must wait until the next chime at the 60 minutes to signal the start of a new lap and new hour. You must wait until the start of a fresh hour before starting up again. Completion of your 6.7km needs to be done before the 60 minute mark is up.

Start Time: 8:00AM - Please arrive by 7:30AM to get registered

Final Horn: 7:00PM - Race will end at 8PM.
