Welcome to the Lac Deschenes Sailing Club On-line Registration

LDSC is a member run club; this allows us to keep membership fees low while providing members with access to a safe and well maintained sailing club.

LDSC thrives because members are actively involved in the upkeep and running of the club. Club activities and duties are fun ways to learn more about sailing, get to know other members and enjoy activities at beautiful Lac Deschenes.

January 1 to January 31 - Renewing members only

February 1 to March 31 - Renewing and New members

The deadline for renewing members is March 31, (after which a late fee will apply.)

Note: Late fees do not apply to new members.

FAQ - Renewing members often wonder why we are setting the deadline so early in the year for membership renewal.

The answer is simple - the club's board of directors needs to have a good view of how many renewing members there will be so that they can create a viable budget and make plans for the coming season. We also need to secure sufficient funds so that we can pay for our Lease, Property taxes and Insurance. These are our three biggest expenses and they have to be paid early in the season, prior to us opening up the club.
