If you have already registered your child for the Regional camp, originally scheduled for the weekend of November 10th to 12th, you do not need to re-register.

The camp organizers require you to either accept or decline moving the registration to the newly scheduled weekend of December 14th to 16th.  If you choose to decline the rescheduled camp date, you will be refunded the full camp fee of $200 minus the processing fees of $10.  A cheque will be mailed to you at the address you provided on your original registration. If you choose to accept the camp you can expect to be refunded some of the original fee as the rescheduled camp has one less meal (dinner) and one less day of trail passes.  Amount refunded in the $20-$30 range, depending on how many re-enroll.
