Congratulations on your nomination to Team Ontario! XCSO is proud of the depth of the team. Athletes named to the team come from a variety of clubs from across the province, as well as athletes from across the country on NTDC!

Team Ontario includes:

Olympic Stream:

• Ontario Development Team - OPEN
• OJST (Ontario Junior Ski Team) - CLOSED
• OST (Ontario Ski Team) - CLOSED
• OST Bridge Program - CLOSED
• NTDC Thunder Bay (National Team Development Centre) - CLOSED

Paralympic Stream:

• ON Para Nordic Development Team - OPEN
• ON Para Nordic Ski Team - coming soon

All Team Ontario athletes, except Development Team, pay a $200 team fee to join the team, and is non-refundable. Development Teams fee is $100.

This fee is payable only once. For example, if you are an athlete on the NTDC and have been nominated to the OST, or are an OJST athlete on the NTDC summer program, you won't be charged this fee twice.

NTDC athletes, this team fee is included in your annual team fees (ie. your first instalment will be reduced by $200).

All team fees are subject to applicable HST .

Additional fees (when applicable), trip deposits and trip reimbursement will be invoiced separately, and payable by e-transfer to avoid credit card and transaction fees. Trip deposits and trip reimbursements are not subject to HST.

The OJST trip deposits are $750 for each of the dry-land camp in Thunder Bay September 20 to 28 (with NTDC athletes), and the Silver Star on snow camp November 26 to December 4, plus optional Western Cup race support. These trip deposits are refundable until June 30, 2025, and will be invoiced once you complete this registration, and are payable upon receipt.

OST athletes who wish to join NTDC camps and race trips will be invoiced a non-refundable trip deposit of $750, prior to each trip.

NTDC trip deposits are invoiced monthly, per the NTDC athlete contract, which athletes will receive by separate email.

Team Clothing:

• All Team Ontario athletes receive a high-viz Team Ontario training shirt. These will be available in July.
• First year OJST athletes MUST purchase a training jacket. The discounted cost of the jacket is $175 plus HST. In the past, the basic OJST team fee was $350 to cover the cost of the jacket.
• NTDC team clothing will be ordered separately.
