Welcome to Porcupine Ski Runners Dryland spring 2025

Lessons are every Monday 6pm. Dryland will be done @PSR and may be done at other locations from time to time. This will be communicated via email or text prior. Dryland will be gear to age groups but sessions occur at same time and location. Time may be adjusted according to daylight if lessons are outdoors

We aim to encourage kids to be active during off season months and keep them interested in skiing during off season with some dryland.

Walking poles required for outdoor sessions/ Yoga mat during indoor sessions/ Water bottle and belt bag.

Roller skis for U14 + for Fuesday sessions 6pm at Lionel Gauthier School

Helmet/knee and elbow pads/gloves/ HIGHVISE

We have one set of classic roller skis for tryouts SNS bindings
