2025 NOD Outdoor XC Ski Dryland and Movement Skills Camp - Temiskaming September 5 to 6

Ages: Open with target group U12 to U18

Location: Temiskaming Nordic

Cost: $60* full camp and meals (other options available)

• U12 $30* for Friday and Saturday
• U10 Saturday $25*

(* Includes applicable $3 Nordiq Canada Tier 3 licence fees )

Accommodations:

A camping area for tents and tent-trailers, etc . is available on Temiskaming Nordic property - please follow directions and avoid the Sunday race area. There will be access to indoor washrooms and potable running water.

Swimming will be available at the Loon Lake public beach down the road (~300 metres) from the chalet.

Meals:

Friday - pizza supper in town after the first roller-ski session .

Saturday - please provide your own breakfast. Lunch and dinner provided for athletes.

Sunday - Breakfast (before race) and Brunch (after race) included with camp registration.

Extra meals:

Expectations:

• Athletes must provide their own equipment for the camp
• We do have some roller skis on hand, just let us know what you need.
• All athletes must follow and abide by XCSO's Return to Sport Protocol
• All athletes must be self sufficient to attend
