Here are the details of the programs:

Junior Development Team (U12-U14) $200 registration

Dryland:

Monday evenings from 6:30-8:00;

On Snow:

Monday evenings; 6:30-8:00

Wednesday evenings; (Wednesday Night Race) coach will be present for post-race debrief, cool down ski

Weekend Events TBD combo of attending events and adventure ski with some video technique during DAY LIGHT!

Race Team (U16-U20) $300 registration

Dryland:

Mondays 6:30-8:00

Wednesdays 7:00 am – 08:00 or 5:30-6:30 at U of Manitoba

On Snow:

Monday: Athlete lead team ski

Tuesdays Windsor Park Nordic Centre; 6:30-8:00

Wednesday Night Race – encouraged to participate

Weekend Races
