Welcome to the Kelowna Nordic Ski and Snowshoe Club registration for the 2025-2026 season.

Early bird pricing is in effect until 11:59pm Thursday October 31, 2025 after which regular season prices take effect.

1. Please start by selecting the appropriate membership type below, either individual or family. Family passes are only intended for families with children. Family is defined as parent(s) or legal guardian(s) and their dependent children aged 18 and under and/or full-time students and living in the same household. If you are buying a family pass, you will select your pass type (e.g. ski / snowshoe, one adult / two adults) at this point.

Note: a couple with no children should use the individual option to sign up as two individual adults ( not a two adult family pass! ) All XC Ski passes include use of snowshoe & K9 trails. Snowshoe passes do not include use of XC ski trails.

2. Continue onto the next part of the registration where you will add each family member individually. If you are buying a pass or passes as an individual, you will select your pass type (e.g. ski / snowshoe, adult / youth) at this point.

3. After you have added all individuals to your registration, you will proceed to the 'checkout' process.

*Rates do not include $21 CCBC/Nordiq Canada mandatory membership/insurance fees. This $21 fee will be added to each person's registration - unless that person has already paid the fee for the current year by taking out a membership with another CCBC / NC member club.

*5% GST is applicable on all memberships and program fees. GST is added at payment check-out.

*Zone 4 registration is subject to a processing fee of $2.00 per person which is added at payment check-out.

*Credit card fees of 3% are added at payment check-out.

*So as an example... a single adult regular season pass with a base rate of $235 will end up costing $278.12 with all taxes and fees.
