*** ABOUT THESE SKI PROGRAMS***

Foundations lessons run on the same time/day of the week for 4 weeks, with 5th week set aside as the backup lesson day, in case of weather-related cancellations. The odds of using the backup day have been about 80%, over the many years that we have coached. Check your email a few hours before your lesson. If there is no "Cancel" email, then please get ready to ski and learn!

We do not always wait for the perfect snow conditions, to learn how to ski. If the conditions are safe for skiing, we will ski. That includes days when the trails are a bit more icy or thinner than usual. The reason why we host all our lessons at Confederation Golf Course is because they have consistently the best prepared and safest trails. Before you assume we cancel the lesson, please confirm with your coach. When there is snow and safe trails, we ski!

If the weather is forecasted to be at or below -18 Celsius (including Windchill) at the time of the ski lesson, the lesson will be postponed to the same day/time of the week after the end of the lessons (week 5).
