Early Bird Nordic Ski Trip

• If you want to register but the bus is full as seats may be available, or
• It is after December 10 and you want to register, or
• If you are registered and are no longer able to attend

Registration:

• Adults $50, Children $25.
• Fees increase to $60 and $30 on December 6.
• On-line processing(Zone4)fees are added on at checkout.
• Participants must be a Regina Ski Club member
• Online registration closes at midnight Dec. 10 after which you may be able to register by calling the trip leader.

Alternate date:

• Please let us know if you could switch to December 20 if the December 13 trip is cancelled.
• Saying yes is not a commitment; it just helps us gauge interest in an alternate date.

Refund policy:

• If the organizers are required to cancel the trip, all registrants will have the option to receive a full refund of their registration fee.
• For participants who cancel their own registration, refunds will only be issued if the vacated seat can be filled by someone from the waiting list. In cases where the seat is successfully filled, the registration fee will be refunded, less a $10 administrative fee.
• Please note that all Zone4 online processing fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Any refunds granted will be processed and sent via e-transfer.
• Alternatively, registrants may choose to donate their fees to the Regina Ski Club instead of receiving a refund.

Details:

Meet in the SaskPower parking lot between Scarth Street & Hamilton Street immediately north of 13th Avenue. The bus leaves the lot at 8:00 AM.
