Bow Valley Roll

Nordiq Alberta is proud to host the Bow Valley Roll, in partnership with the Alberta World Cup Society! This event is open to all Nordiq Alberta members, and will be held Saturday, October 4, 2025 at the Canmore Nordic Centre.

The Bow Valley Roll is a FREE to register event with participants competing in a skate roll across various different age/gender categories, with the goal of encouraging healthy and active lifestyles for all participants in a semi-competitive environment.

We will be awarding prizes to the top 3 in each distance and gender category following the event, generously donated by Newtown Sales and Salomon!

Please bring your skate roller skis, boots, poles and helmet.

Location: Canmore Nordic Centre. Course maps and other details will be communicated to registered participants.

Athletes must register online no later than October 2, 2024 at 11:59pm MT .

Schedule (subject to change)/Other Info:

9 a.m: 10km skate rollerski, 30 seconds individual start (U18 and up)

10 a.m: 6km skate rollerski, 30 seconds individual start
